National Shipping (within Australia)

Frase Skin delivers to all Australian states. Orders from our website www.fraseskin.com are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays) – we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. Once your payment has been processed, we make it our priority to dispatch your order by the following business day. Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days after ordering and paying, although it can be sooner or extended depending on Australia Post. 

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track delivery online and we advise to allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Orders are freighted via Australia Post and delivered right to your door, so please make certain you provide your street address. Frase Skin cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided.

We use Australia Post and trusted couriers to service Australian Cities. Timing to different States will vary.

Below are approximated standard delivery times:

Standard shipping: $7.95 under $110.

All orders over $110 get free standard shipping.

Express: $12.99

- NSW 2-3 days

- QLD 3-5 days

- VIC 3-7 days

- WA and Rural areas can take from 3-10 days.

Frasé Skin ships across the United States. Orders placed through our website are dispatched daily (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your payment is processed, we aim to ship your order within the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

All orders are shipped with trusted courier partners and delivered directly to your door. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including a return address if eligible.

  3. Ship the Product: Send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

  1. Products purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

  2. Items damaged due to misuse or not following product instructions.

  3. Free promotional items included in bundles or giveaways are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Products
